The Home Buying Process

Step 1:

The first step to take in buying a home is finding out how much you can get approved for, as well as what you can afford. You can reach out to any lender (or I can refer you to some) and get a per-approval letter. This is needed before you can make any offer on a home.

Step 2:

After you have gotten your per-approval letter, we will sit down and find out what your needs and wants are in a home so we can find the best match for you. You will want to think about the area, size, specifics. You will also need to decide what is negotiable and non-negotiable in a home for you

Step 3:

This is the fun part! We will browse houses and find the one you will fall in love with!

Step 4:

When you find the house you love, we will make an offer on that house! We will get all the documents together and submit the offer.

Step 5:

Once your offer is approved you will be under contract and we will make sure the inspection comes back and all contracts are set.

Step 6:

Move in time! Yay! Welcome to your new home!

I will be there every step of the way and make sure all the details in between run smoothly during the whole process!
